Today itā€™s been reported by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, that Ukraine has destroyed a further two Russian air defence systems, three launch rocket systems, and ten drones. This brings the total to over 7000 destroyed systems and drones.

They have also taken out 22 armoured combat vehicles and 8 tanks, bringing the total to over 15,000 vehicles destroyed or severely damaged throughout the war.

Russian troops are down by 780 in the last 24 hours, with a total of 307,640 Russian soldiers killed since the beginning of the conflict.

Itā€™s no wonder Russian soldiers are suffering from low morale. They were previously suffering morale issues after civilians were called to take arms, amid a series of organisational failures.

Mint reported that training was inadequate. Older and infirm civilians were being called up by mistake. Then they had to purchase their own equipment.

The latest figures of Russian casualties in the war, combined with the loss of military equipment can only exacerbate the situation for those struggling with low morale.

Good for Ukraine. Not so much for Putin.

Russiaā€™s Newest Ship Destroyed

In other news, Ukrainian missiles have destroyed a Russian ship thatā€™s the newest in its fleet and carries state-of-the-art technology. Images have been released of the damage and thereā€™s a massive hole in the side of the ship. It wonā€™t be sailing again.

GB News reported:

Ukraineā€™s strategic communications directorate said: ā€œConfirmed. The Russian missile carrier ā€˜Askoldā€™ ā€” the newest ship of the ā€˜Karakurtā€™ project with ā€˜stealthā€™ technology was damaged due to the damage of the naval and port infrastructure of the ā€˜Zalivā€™ plant in the temporarily occupied Crimea.ā€

The shipping fleet is headquartered in Crimea, and the Ukrainian army has been targeting their ships since the beginning of the war.

Three amphibious vessels, a submarine, a cruiser and a supply ship have all been lost to Ukrainian forces since the conflict began.
