No. They won't ban Unsplash photos. It happens on all the CC sites. It's just something to be aware of. So if you have the option to use your own pics, there's a possible incentive to do so.

Also, the case mentioned was a few years ago. Someone said they removed one from her story, so hopefully most of the time, they'll take down any offending images, and that'll be the end of it.
