No. I sent it to the publcation before his nomination rights kicked in. New nominator. He said he would nominate as soon as his rights kicked in. Then a few weeks later, he said he had nominated it, and was told it had already been nominated by someone else and rejected. So, it was nominated twice. Even though both were ineffective. This happens to me... or used to... a few times.

And the conversation came about in the first place because he had just been accepted onto the programme, was asking for boostable stories for his publication, and I said I had something in mind that might fit the bill.
