Nice to have the option, but I'm not rushing to take it up at the moment. I do appreciate that it hopefully will mean our pay goes up a bit though, which will be nice, because some people take up the offer.

I'll keep an open mind, but as someone who doesn't usually do subscriptions and is paid up for the year until March, I'm not chomping at the bit. I'm always what marketers call a laggard. Late to the party. :)
