New members who joined the PP after 1st September have to be paying members to earn. Old members who joined the PP before 1st September can still earn without being members. That's what they said at the time anyway. I assume that includes the referrals. Might be worth checking details before lapsing. Or you could just stay paid up and keep reading my lovely articles. LoL
