My oldest stories I sent to subscribers ages ago, so I can't send them again now. I'm just saying on my account, I found that I can't send *any* story to new subscribers. If a piece went to old subscribers, I can't send it to new ones. It goes once to whoever was on the list at the time, and that's it.

There's no way to capture new subscribers independently of older ones. Unless it's a feature they're trying out on some selected accounts.
