Most of my health complaints are dismissed as non-existent or untreatable, so I don't have such problems. But I do have problems with people who think I've got an eating disorder because I won't eat sugar and follow a careful diet. It's because it flares up my non-existent fungal infection.

Although saying that, they've just managed to get a positive result, so perhaps after 20 years of being dismissed, we might be onto something.

But I won't hold my breath because trying to get susceptibility testing done is a whole other nightmare, and I think they've probably ditched the positive sample by now.
