Mine aren't AI so I'd be worried if they were coming across that way. And I'd defend myself. That's the crux of my concern about it. I don't want AI on the platform. I really don't. I'd rather it was gone.

But you thought something I'd written was AI, just because it was a different style to my usual stuff. So, there's a risk of calling out innocent writers.

And it's not against the rules to use it, if you declare it, so it's the Medium management that ultimately decide what's permitted.

As long as real writers don't get penalised, I don't mind a tougher stance on AI.
