Might it be that you have two stripe accounts? When you set up Vocal, and connect it to stripe, it actually creates a second stripe account (you can jig between them on the tabs at the top of the page in stripe’s dashboard). If yours, like mine, is unverified awaiting photo ID, they won’t release the money.
