Me too! there was a church about 12 miles away for sale. The estate agent refused to tell me the price, so I couldn't consider it and ended up buying a traditional house instead. It never sold. How ridiculous. I sometimes wonder how things might have gone if we'd ended up renovating a medieval church instead.
