Me neither - we had a tenant for a short while. A chap from my husband's work who needed a place to stay. We let our spare room for £75 a week, which on reflection we think was very cheap. It took 10 years to get the smell out of the room after he'd gone. It was weird. He was OK to have about, but his room smelt. He was into fitness and left sweaty clothes lying about everywhere. One day I chucked them all in the wash while he was out and he didn't like that. Interfering landlady. But you know... I don't like smells. He moved out a short while later. 🤣 Maybe I should turn this into a story!

Now we wouldn't want anyone anyway. We're still avoiding everyone because of covid.
