Living more sustainably isn't about buying more expensive stuff. Using a normal car less is fine. Buying less is fine. Organic is better for the ecosystem, but actually, eating vegetables is better than eating meat for climate change - and cheaper. I buy any clothes I want second hand. That is better for the environment, cheaper, and doesn't involve any production (green or otherwise). The best solutions are the ones that actually reduce costs because they involve consuming less. My lifestyle costs little because I live modestly. That is the key to a more sustainable lifestyle. Not fancy cars, fancy clothes, etc. In the UK, I believe you can get solar panels installed for free if the money sold to the National Grid is taken by the installers. Perhaps if you want panels, you should look into that in your own country.
