Lateral flow tests are the ones that you can do on the spot and get a result quickly. That's probably what they're using where you are too. Your approach makes a lot of sense. It would definitely be the most effective at bringing infections down. I can see a lot of merit in that. It'd be unpopular here, but something along those lines might prove necessary.
