I've started one, have about 18 followers at present. Got a problem with grey washed out photos being sent in. It has a focus on travel and I’ve put quite a bit of effort into making it attractive. So for me, using decent, legal pics (not infringing copyright) is important. One or two dreary shots is no big deal, but if the latest stories get flooded with grey dreary images, it’s going to undermine what I’m trying to achieve. I don't think I'm expecting too much, but I'm starting to wonder about the wisdom of inviting submissions. Admittedly, it’s mainly one person, and I’ve rejected most of their stories for that reason. Hey ho.
