I've managed to get onto Slack and communicate with the editor, but what he wants is a different article entirely. His isn't a bad idea, but he's completely misunderstood what mine is about. I might write one based on his suggestion separately. Not sure if there's an audience here for it though. I'll have a think.

Not sure what's happening with the original article. I've asked him if he wants to publish it as it stands.
