I've had two publication owners do that. One I asked to be removed from her list by email and she removed me from her list. But I had to ask twice.

The other I removed myself from the publication, and that didn't stop her, so I commented on one of her other stories saying I'd removed myself from her pub and could she stop tagging me please.

If you want to do it in a less confrontational way, you can go into your settings, select 'network only' for tag notifications, and unfollow the editor. Then you will not get tags from that person because they are not in your 'network'. I think.

You could also unfollow the publication to make sure the editor's communications are not in your network.

But obviously, if you change the settings to network only, you won't get notifications about anyone else outside of your network who tags you either.
