I've had a look at your account and can suggest some things that might help. You've written some incredible stuff about aging. But it's not reaching readers. If you published with a publication like Crows Feet, they have a fantastic community of older people looking for stories just like yours. And they have boosting powers, so might occasionally boost them as well, which would give you much greater exposure on Medium.

Also, I'd suggest you change your profile picture to one of your face. Otherwise your account looks impersonal, and the first question that comes to mind is, "is this a bot?"

We are all in a battle with the bots here on Medium. It was easy to see from your stories that you're not a bot, but your profile pic doesn't make you look like an authentic human. Sorry.

And your headlines are too long. Try catchy headlines. And try to make them fit on one line.

I also find people are more likely to read shorter stories, so toss a few shorter ones in there and see if that helps. I find 3-4 minutes is usually optimal for reads and earnings, unless something gets boosted.
