I've come off these recently after being put on them for a problem that developed right after the Moderna booster - a cursory glance at Pfizer side effect comments will reveal that these jabs can cause reflux, so when the doctors said they think it's reflux, I did a little reading and decided to try their treatment.

It didn't really work. Six weeks into treatment (four weeks on the full dose) I lost my voice because it was worse than ever. But I persevered for 3 months. Eventually I tapered off, because coming off suddenly resulted in a bad day.

Bottom line though, I don't think I have acid reflux, but I was willing to give it a go. I was on the GERD diet for three months too. I've dropped the lot and don't feel any different. I had good days and bad days on the regime. I have good days and bad days now. And before!

But I do think, over time, it might be improving - just because time has passed. I'm hoping it'll just go away!
