I've been on this journey too.

dset, but anyth…, and it barely happens anymore, but at the beginning of this process, I thought it was impossible. I replaced negative thoughts with positive ones and gratitude. I do my gratitude exercise daily, and this programs my mind and character in a different way. My programming in my childhood was far from a positive mindset, but anything is possible with the right intention.
