It's weird. I think there's something more complicated going on that a straight member reading time calculation, because if they waited to see how long each member spent reading over the month, in order to divide the payment proportionally, we'd all have to wait up to 30 days, to see what our earnings looked like. In reality, a lot of stories are over in 3!
