It’s one of those things I wonder about on Alamy. Since they employed a legal team, I’ve been in two minds about whether I should be included in it. But then The Daily Mail used my photos without paying once, and I certainly want organisations like that to be billed! I don’t particularly want individuals thinking it’s a free for all either, but I’m not in the business of extortion. Hopefully the Alamy legal team take a reasonable approach to enforcement.
