It's a tricky one. If she'd used what I produced, absolutely. But because she changed her mind from thinking it's brilliant, to saying she couldn't use it, I don't think I have a leg to stand on. But I have threatened publishers who use my work then don't pay with the small claims court before, and it's always delivered my fee without needing to actually go to court. So it's a good point.

I might keep an eye on the situation though - in case it does appear on her website.
