It sounds lovely. The thing where you say some of it was like nonsense reminds me of the time I went to a small private druid ceremony. It was weird, but the three hours passed remarkably quickly - during the winter solstice in the freezing cold. I wrote a humourous account for a Humanist magazine, but they didn't publish it. Might dig it out and put it on here. The meditation sessions in small groups you mention sound lovely. Like the kind of thing that could work nicely in a socially distanced setting, during a pandemic. :-)
