It sounds like your teaching job is working well for you at the moment. I'd stick with it and perhaps try to do some writing etc at weekends, if you can. Things might work out in a way that give you more time for the other stuff in due course, but freelance writing is hard, especially if you don't have established clients. I need to spend this week pitching, and it's thankless. So if you need the money, stick with the job that's paying the bills and you can always adapt things later to suit your circumstances.
