Interesting and enlightening assessment. The aluminium and mercury thing is interesting. I'd heard about mercury in vaccines. Traces of aluminium are still associated with Alzheimers, which is why most people have ditched the old aluminium saucepans these days. So, I'm not sure it's entirely harmless and I wouldn't knowingly buy baby food that had traces of aluminium in it. But then, I suppose lots of stuff might end up with traces of all sorts of things. Soya products, for example, because of all that aluminium processing equipment and soy's high absorbance. We can't control everything, I suppose.
