I'm sure this is the right decision and it sounds like you have some wonderful crafty projects on the go! I only set up my publication so I could apply to be a boost nominator. I am thinking of closing it too, at the end of the year, because I've been rejected and never wanted to be an editor. Mitch with his Microphone publication has experienced the same thing and is thinking of closing. It's not uncommon. It's not rewarded if you're not in the boost program.
