I'm not going a bundle on the views and reads proposal. I've always posted quality content - arguably higher content at the start because it was previously published magazine articles I'd written, whereas these days, it's more stuff written especially for Medium. It wasn't getting a lot of views because it takes time, even for a quality writer to figure out what topics do well on here. I'd have been kicked out, or not allowed in, if it was based on views and reads in my early months.
