I'm in this dilemma, where despite the obvious cost of living increases, the rates paid by most of my clients haven't increased. I do wonder about asking, but so many have either shut down or stopped using freelancers, I'm worried about losing the work. Fortunately, we're doing OK, so it's not critical, but I don't want to lose the work I've got over a few extra pounds.
