I'm a fan of camp 1 because editors are as likely to introduce errors as fix anything on my stories - like the time when they didn't know what NHS meant and it took me 6 months to notice they'd 'fixed' it to something completely wrong.

My pub is level 1. But I may tighten things in due course. Right now, I'm just happy that people want to publish there and they're following the rules.
