If it's your own picture, no, there's no copyright violation of the photo itself. But McDonalds might take issue with you using their logo. It's most unlikely to be a problem unless you're writing something derogatory about them. But I'm pretty weak in that area, to be honest. Street scenes, in the UK at least, are pretty much fair game for most things. Certainly in editorial. I'm not entirely confident about logos on other things though. I tend to avoid, unless it's part of a bigger scene.

Edit: There are different rules in different countries. I'd always be careful around logos, artwork, and people. In the UK, whether it's a public or privately owned space makes a difference too.
