I worry about this when I'm writing too! Well, saying the wrong thing anyway. There are a lot of easily offended people out there.

That aside, I write because I like it and I'm good at it. Gotta admit, I was drawn to Medium by the cash incentive and being fed up with chasing editors who are determined to ignore me. I thought if I could replace some of those with Medium income, that could work well for me. I'm still working on making it pay, to be honest, but it's quite addictive isn't it. You can get away with expressing opinions on here in a way that you can't always on Twitter!
