I was told it was good to go for a test because they can identify early warnings of other problems that may be brewing, but of course, they also told me I needed glasses. I didn't use them for years, but then started to, because it was easier to see, and my eyesight did deteriorate. But in the last few years, with lockdowns and more screen time, it's been a disaster. I can't read anything without them now, and that's a pain in the arse because I'm not accustomed to taking them everywhere, so I cannot read the price in a shop, and I cannot read a document I'm supposed to sign or the value put in the credit card machine. It may improve marginally if I stopped wearing them, but the problem is, I cannot read. So I have to keep getting them.
