I was in a similar position although work dried up, which wasn't great. But we went on walks and enjoyed the sun. But at the same time, we were terrified, locked ourselves down 2 weeks before the national lockdown, and spent two years hiding. There's still a sign on the door that says, keep your distance. My husband has lung damage, so while I was really pleased we had a nice home when the shit hit the fan, we were glued to the TV news and terrified of getting anywhere near anyone, which was awkward. :)
