I was going to say we have data protection laws where they're not allowed to hold our data for longer than necessary to provide a service. But now I see this is about terrorism and specialist services being able to track possible terror suspects activities better. On that basis, they are welcome to my apple info (I have no apple info - but if I did, they would be welcome to it. I am all for stopping the terrorists). Not for general nosiness, no. But if everyone's data, stops one terror attack, that is worthwhile.
