I was going to say here that Getty Images will not use AI images because of the risk that they contain recognisable copyrighted material. Because the AI creates them from other pictures, which may be copyrighted and sometimes the resemblance may be too close. So it's a very murky area. I would agree with the courts that you cannot copyright material that contains other people's work. So yes, you'd have to lay it out on a case by case basis and prove that it doesn't - or that the imagery that inspired the pictures belonged to you in the first place.
