I totally agree with you. People are entitled to an opinion but there are ways of expressing things — and this wasn’t it. Yes, I’d expect them to simply delete the article and warn the writer, so the action take seems a little over the top. Winston has also been suspended for now, I believe. No idea if there’s more to it. Perhaps time will tell.
