I too, have thought, why on earth don't these people take the morning after pill? It's available over the counter now, for goodness sake. You don't even need to ask a doctor. I suspect they think they're probably not pregnant, so don't bother. Wishful thinking is frankly stupid.

Apart from that, I can see both sides. One thing I will say, and I'll forgive you for this, is you've obviously never tried to get a man to wear a condom. They moan like you're asking them to do something completely unreasonable - 'can't feel anything' etc etc. Of course, that's no reason to go ahead without contraception, but there's a lot of pressure not to and not all women are confident enough to tell them to, 'fuck the hell off then' and walk out. Because they're in love. Men need to take responsibility if they don't want this happening.

Beyond that, once it's too late, I broadly disagree with abortion too, but it's one of those things where there must always be some exceptions - and medically, I think there are some when people's baby will be severely disabled. That's a tough one.
