I think the fasting is supposed to be one day a week, or something like that. The problem with reducing your intake to one meal a day for a prolonged period is that your body might fight against it and stop burning calories so quickly. So it might work better if you do one day on the fast and three days off, or something. Wasn't there a 2:5 fasting ratio or something? Anyway, best of luck achieving your goals. You seem to be clear about your goals.
