I think some people tweak the AI and then consider it their own work!

…he use of AI. I find it absolutely horrible when I see people using AI images without a disclaimer, even worse when someone portrays themselves as an artist but uses clearly AI generated art (I read an article recently about this, and I can't stop thinking about it).
I would love to be able to illustrate my own stories.

I think some people tweak the AI and then consider it their own work! There was even a legal challenge over this - something I plan to write up when I get a moment.
