I think it depends on circumstances at the time, but I'm all for prevention and will red like crazy and do anything to slow down the progression of any disease. As well as living a lifestyle, which hopefully means I won't get it in the first place. Either way, euthanasia is illegal in the UK, so if we end up with a disease, we don't really have a choice unless we want to travel to Scandinavia.
