I think exercise is really helpful. I think some of my sleep problems in my youth might have been helped by more exercise. I did a course on Sleepio once which told us to stay up late if we were lying awake. I ended up reducing my sleep window so much it was exhausting. Wouldn't recommend that, but exercise is good.
