I think all messages mentioning whatsapp should automatically be caught in spam filters and deleted.

I don't think clickbait is forbidden, but it might discourage them from boosting a story. The rules don't mention click bait. I've checked because it used to come up as an issue and people said it wasn't allowed, but actually, it is.
