I sell photos through a website called Alamy. My images are sold to buyers who then put them on their websites, or use them in print, under licence by Alamy. Those images could be lifted and used but it would be illegal. I'm in favour of copyright protection. But when people put images up onto Creative Commons websites, and then sue people who use them, that's definitely dubious behaviour and I'm glad the blogger won. Creative Commons is there for people to use.
