I see that headline in the UK a fair bit, but it must only cover electricity use, and not gas or petrol/diesel. We have a long way to go and politicians are so busy patting themselves on the back for what they have done, they miss the huge job ahead. Although, I think our new government has just improved on our environmental commitments, so we'll see how that goes.
