I read your comment and it did sound like he was being off with/rude to a number of people. I'd already blocked him because his highlighting was hampering my enjoyment of the platform. Someone had said it (excessive highlighting of the whole article etc) was against Medium rules, but they didn't seem bothered, and just said, block him.
