I read Maryan's piece. Good points.

I'm on board. Fortunately, I don't see much AI on here. I'm obviously drawn to the right people. I like to think my readers know I don't use AI. I mean, I'm a freelance journalist with 1000s of stories from over a decade in journalism to draw from. Why would I need to ask AI to write something for me? But I am starting to wonder if I need a disclaimer too! It seems to be a big issue with some people suspicious of others.

I have expressed concern over people being wrongly accused of using AI, so I don’t want to go all vigilante. What others choose to do is entirely up to them. But I am committed to reading humans, and avoiding AI if it’s obviously AI.
