I do think it's a shame you were bulldozed into spending 50 Euro on a gift you didn't want to give. I still have a £25 basic phone that I bought 20 years ago. No smart phone here. I care about the environment, and it's a pity others have to have the latest gadget all the time. Ahh well, I guess it made her happy for a while, but I bet all the quality time you spend with the children brings them much more happiness. Well done.
