I just write in Medium and edit there. Unless it's a pre-published piece, and then it's already written, obviously, but I still check it over, update, and edit in the browser.

I don't know what the browser plugin is. Might be the thing that I added to my browser, annoyed me on twitter, doesn't work on Word or Medium, so was pleased when it left. :-)
