I haven't seen the pop up but it sounds like a good approach.

I'm working on the assumption that most writers won't have readers who read everything they write. Because you're absolutely right - no one has the time to read everything. And I wouldn't expect them to.

I write about nature, medium, health, and history. I wouldn't expect everyone to be interested in all those things. People should be selective and read what they're interested in. :)

But yes, fewer stories would drive higher quality.
