I haven't seen any of these posts and I don't know what they're on about. I'm newly menopausal - assuming I don't have a period between now and 25 feb 2023 - all I can say is it's nice not to have bleeds every month.

I do wonder whether the chesty problems I've had since the vaccine have anything to do with it. Acid reflux is more common after menopause apparently. But I swear the vaccine triggered it, so maybe it was inevitable and the shock of two days of sweating just made it happen a little sooner. If that's what it is. The big unknown.

I don't have any recognised symptoms, except no period. I think a healthy diet probably fixes a lot of things, to be honest. People think the typical western diet is healthy, but it isn't.
